A: No, we have no minimum contracts or obligations. You can order dedicated staff for just one month if you'd like to try us out or fill a temporary void in your staffing requirements.

Q: Do you have any setup fees or other charges?

A: No, we do not have any setup fees or other hidden charge. The total price you pay is exactly what you see on this site.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept epassporte (cheaper/faster) and wire transfer.
Q: Is my dedicated employee really DEDICATED?

A: Yes, your employee works exclusively on your projects for the duration of the shift. Our supervisors monitor all ongoing tasks and ensure that they are being carried out to your satisfaction.
Q: Upon paying, how long before I get my employee?

A: Typically, we deliver your employee to you within 7 business days of you placing your order.
Q: Is my data and company knowledge secure?

A: We respect your privacy and intellectual property. As such, anything you say to us will be strictest confidence and will be bound by us signing the appropriate non disclosure agreement.
Q: How will I communicate with my employee/s?

A: You can communicate with your employee via telephone, email, or any instant messenger client. You may also use voice over ip programs such as skype.
Q: Who will own the rights to the work delivered by my employee?

A: All rights belong to you. We do not even use any of your works in our portfolio without prior written permission.
